1 . Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available on The Cute Estate?

We do not offer COD as yet. However we provide multiple other channels of payment which are protected by 256 bit SSL encryption.

2 . Where is The Cute Estate based?

We are based in Bangalore, India. We do not have physical stores right now.

3 . Do you provide customisations?

We have some products that can be customised. For others, there is no direct customization, but we are open to new ideas! Write to us at thecuteestate@gmail.com or using the contact page and we can discuss further!

4 .What is the general cancellation/ return/ refund policy?

5 .What is the standard shipping period?

The standard shipping period for the product depends on the nature of the product (its mentioned in the product page), but in general, the shipping period is not beyond 10 days, in normal circumstances. Having said that, we try our best to ship the products as early as possible, so that they reach their permanent homes as soon as possible.

FAQs on Digital Printables

1. Where can I download my print after purchasing it?

A: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download button to download the digital print. You can immediately download from that link.

Alternatively, a download link also appears in your email confirmation.

2. What is the download limit for the Digital Printables?

A: By default, we have se the download limit to 5 times per order for the printables.

However, if you need to download more times owing to any problem earlier, please drop in a mail to us on thecuteestate@gmail.com or the contact page with the order ID, date of purchase, and name, and depending on the case we can increase the limit.

3. Is returns/Refunds available on Digital Printables?

A: Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the products we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order on thecuteestate@gmail.com or the contact page, and we would sort it out.
